DRYING
Machine drying is not recommended in order to preserve the quality of the fiber. However, some clothes can be machine dried if the temperature is adjustable. Refer to the garment label. Dry clothes with colors and prints inside out to prevent tarnish from the sun.

IRONING
Use the « cotton » program associated with the « steam » program. The temperature may vary depending on our clothing, refer to the label.

REFUND CONDITIONS
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and with their original tags. Products that are returned, especially if incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled, will not be accepted.

RETURN FEES
The return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, you can request a postal label for your return. In this case, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
